The level of hospitality was amazing, exceeding expectations. Really good breakfast with fresh and local ingredients. Authentic and picturesque building, feels like stepping back in time. Huge rooms, as large as small apartments. Great location, walking distance to everything. Warm and cute staff and owner. Lavish and unique breakfast experience. We absolutely loved our stay at this historically set hotel in a perfect central location. The rooms were amazing and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff, especially Daniella and Riccardo, went above and beyond to ensure we were looked after and made us feel at home. They were also great people to have a chat with.

The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was mesmerized by the exquisite Renaissance-style decor and the ornate ceilings. It made me feel like royalty. The location of the hotel is perfect - within walking distance of popular attractions like The David and the Duomo. I had an very nice stay at a beautiful old palace. The room was spacious and decorated with a Renaissance feel, giving me a unique experience. The breakfast included in the price was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food. The staff, including the owner Daniela, were fantastic and provided great service. The location of the hotel was also excellent, directly across from the Medici palace and close to the center of this city.

This place was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from all the major attractions. The rooms were beautifully furnished and well-maintained, and we even had our own coffee and tea station in the room. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
That the valet parking system was a bit confusing and we had trouble getting in touch with them upon our arrival. It would have been helpful if there were clearer instructions on how to use the service.
